Bottled at a higher abv than your usual Gordon's Gin, Yellow Label is usually found on mainland Europe, although it does have fans here in Great Britain. Made with the same recipe as the genius Alexander Gordon used when he created the fabulous London dry gin. This is a 1 litre bottling.

Gordon's gin is the best seller in the UK but the normal variety is 37.5% alcohol by volume. It does not have a great taste and is generally considered bland. The 'export' variety at 47.3% is a different animal altogether. It's not about strength ( but this may depend on your objective ) but flavour . This edition of Gordon's tastes strongly of juniper and is well balanced. Worth trying if you can get it!

My grandma loved it, my mother loves it, I do love it, and my friends love it (but only at this 47.3%, it gives this full oily flavour, lower ABV not worth trying, imho)

Love this drink we drink it when in Majorca and it's so cheap , brought 8 bottles home, wish we could buy it in our local supermarket, I would drink it all the time

Unpleasant taste and an almost immediate headache. Second worst gin ever tasted (out of 62).
