Nose: Plum jam springs to mind, but so does sweet chutney. There's a savoury edge too, well seasoned bread sauce with clove perhaps. More perfumed given time in the glass.
Palate: Boom! Thick, dark cherry and prune with juniper and cinnamon, where did that come from?
Finish: Mouthcoating, tart and oh so moreish.
Overall: The Filliers take on Sloe Gin, different and delicious - we can't wait to try this in a few cocktails too.
