Far Reaches Gin

Far Reaches Gin is made by a husband and wife duo who seemingly couldn't quite decide if they wanted to be gin makers or adventurers - so they chose both! Inspired by their globe-trotting escapades, the team have used a selection of 13 botanicals to make Far Reaches Gin, including juniper from Macedonia and Italy, Grains of Paradise from Africa, kumquat from Asia, sarsaparilla berry from America and quandong from Australia. If you're unfamiliar with your Aussie produce - quandongs are the fruit of the Santalum acuminatum tree and they look a bit like pomegranates, except they've got a pit at the core like a peach. New one to us!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Fruity sharpness is well balanced by oily juniper and spicy herbs. Very refreshing.

Deep citrus flavours, smooth and refreshing
First tried at the Gin Festival with an orange garnish. Fantastically smooth with citrus notes on the palate. A top quality prime gin. Recommend
