A gin all the way from Somerset, with cider apple notes at its core (Get it? Apples? Core? We have fun!) alongside hints of juniper, sugared nuts and citrus peels.
Fresh apple blossom bring to mind orchards in spring. Hints of diced almond and crushed walnut lead to a spicy kick of juniper. A touch of lemon and grapefruit appears a little later on.
