House of Botanicals Maple Bottling Note

With Dr. Adam Elmegirab's history of reviving once-lost recipes within the world of bitter, you just knew some spectacular historical expressions would come from the House of Botanicals range. This expression was inspired by a style of gin produced over 100 years ago, featuring maple syrup as a botanical! It's made with a similar recipe to the House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin, though in place of muscovado sugar, the producers gave used Canadian maple syrup. Serve with a side of pancakes (we're joking, of course (no we're not, get the frying pan out)).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Bright juniper with just a hint of pine resin, brown sugar, fresh orange and lemon zests. Peanut brittle and vanilla-y angelica.

Old Tom - Maple for the win!
A team full of passion for their craft and products, with the awards to prove the hallmark of their quality (not that you’ll need the evidence if you have the pleasure to taste the range)!.

The Old Tom is a delight across all serves, from neat - to G&T - to a range of cocktails (try it in a Corpse Reviver for the win!). If you want something truly special, then branch out the the Mapel Old Tom for stunning effects!
