Created by a trio of sisters in Belgium, Clover Gin combines some traditional botanicals with a selection of surprising treats, resulting in a refreshing tipple with its heart placed firmly in the Belgian countryside. Alongside juniper, cardamom and coriander you'll find lavender, pear and the eponymous clover (as well as a few more secret botanicals) within this gin. The pear adds a rich, vibrant fruity edge, which cuts through the herbaceous elements cleanly.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Fragrant pear at the fore, with black pepper and spicy cardamom following on. Just a waft of floral sweetness comes through.
