Carlisle Gin Raspberry Bottling Note

The folks behind the awesome Carlisle Gin have created a fruit-forward variation of their gin - behind, a Raspberry & Passion Fruit expression! It's infused with the star fruits, taking on a blushing pink hue. Pair with tonic and a handful of raspberries for a fab and fruity serve.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Tangy passion fruit sits alongside juniper, aromatic floral notes and citrus peels, supported by vanilla, jammy raspberry and a hint of tartness.

Carlisle Gin Raspberry & Passionfruit Reviews

This is very tasty, similar to Manchester Gin Raspberry, not too sweet just a good balance of dry gin and fruit. Fantastic summer G&T.

Yes, this stuff is lovely. I've been waiting for a new passion fruit gin and this certainly hits the spot. Beautifully balanced with the raspberry.
