Bristol Dry Gin Turbo Bottling Note

Named for the eclectic area in Bristol's Stokes Croft, the Turbo Island Edition of Bristol Dry Gin is bottled at an imposing 75% ABV. Will most certainly stand out in cocktails with just a small helping.

As you may be aware, Bristol Gin has been in the news recently for after posting an advert on social media that referenced a Donald Trump tweet about "shooting and looting". Many people found this offensive. You can read more about the incident, and our response to it, here.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Dry juniper spiciness paired with anise and cassia. Sweeter hints of fresh lime and lemon, followed by yet more spiciness in the shape of Cayenne pepper and nutmeg.

Turbo flavour
Great gin, but beware the morning after. So many flavours in this concoction, you'd never guess at some of the ingredients. Believe it or not this can be very subtle. Due to the strength, if you're not a raging boozehound thus should last some while. Highly recommended.

Stuff of Legends
Was really keen to try this one, as it has quite a formidable reputation. Neat, it has way to much burn, but with tonic the botanicals are explosive. Highly recommended if brave enough

Grim
Nasty, sour and tasteless, but somehow still leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
