Manhattan Aged Bathtub Gin (9 Months) (Batshit Mental Ideas)

Manhattan Aged Gin Bottling Note

Professor Cornelius Ampleforth's Bathtub Gin aged for 9 months in a cask previously used to mature a batch of Manhattan cocktail?! And we thought the Negroni aged version was bonkers...!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A sweet nose of caramel and perfumed ginger, blending well together. Jaffa Cakes, vanilla and a touch of lavender appear later on.

Palate: Rye spice shines through for sure, with cracked black pepper wine-like sweetness, residing on a base of juniper, clove and cinnamon.

Finish: Juicy blood orange bursts forward for a refreshing finish.

Manhattan Aged Bathtub Gin (9 Months) (Batshit Mental Ideas) Reviews

Ooh, yeah - that's the stuff.

It's like a ginny manhattan tonic squash. What's not to like?

Simply incredible

The manhattan shines through here like nothing else.

You can taste the cherry, you can taste the bitters, hell - you can taste the regret that you've not already got another one on the way.,..
