Audemus Pink Pepper Gin Bottling Note

Audemus, from the heart of Cognac, make their Pink Pepper Gin with hand-picked pink peppercorns and a selection of other botanicals including honey, vanilla and cardamom, which are macerated separately then distilled under low pressure and temperature. It strikes a fine balance between sweetness and spiciness. A full-bodied gin, well suited to savouring neat or enjoying in cocktails.

This is the 50cl bottling.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Plenty of peppery aromas waft up, spicy but sweet at the same time. These touches are well balanced with cinnamon and clean, herbal notes.

Palate: An initial rush of pink peppercorn, followed by pine-y juniper and honey. Altogether quite a warming gin.

Finish: Spicy pepper lasts.

Audemus Pink Pepper Gin (50cl) Reviews

INCREDIBLE

This gin is absolutely mind blowing - the honey / tonka note creates a feeling of warm tobacco, against the beautifully spiced schinus molle (pink pepper) freshness. Utterly gorgeous.
