Paul Duke, owner of Artisan bar in Ashbourne teamed up with Derbyshire Distillery to create this gin! The star botanical is cherry green sencha tea, which shines alongside other more traditional botanicals. The tipple was created as an offering to both tourists and locals, to reflect the town itself.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Cherry straight off, followed by piney juniper, bitter angelica and fragrant citrus, with a slightly tannic finish.
