A completely organic Austrian gin handcrafted in southern Styria, Aeijst (pronounced 'aced') is named after a local dialect word for branches, referring to the branches on which the botanicals grow on. It includes nine different botanicals including coriander, cardamom seeds, lemon and of course juniper. It is bottled in clear apothecary bottles to reflect the simplicity and purity of the gin.
