Liberty Fields Apple 2013 Bottling Note

An apple aperitif made with heritage apples from Liberty Fields' own orchards. Originally producers of apple balsamic vinegar, we're delighted they also chose to start fermenting apple juice in 2014 before maturing it in oak barrels for 6 months. No finings are added, nor is it filtered, making it naturally cloudy (with some sediment) as well as just being fairly awesome.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

It tastes just like baked apples with some fresh green apple and even some pastry and smokiness thrown in - great as an aperitif, alongside your cheese course, or try it with ginger beer or even Prosecco...

Best product out of Dorset

Constantly using this at The Venner Bar in Bridport, works great by itself before or after dinner and fantastic to use in cocktails. Well worth buying if your a collector as this is a true artisan product!
