Unsurprisingly, the story of the The Sweet Potato Spirit Co begins with a love for sweet potatoes. Founder Garry was involved with a family sweet potato farm in North Carolina for years bringing the best sweet potatoes to the UK. They distil the root vegetable in old copper stills, using sweet potatoes from Scott Farms, a family owned farm. Since it began in 2017 the range has continued to grow, showcasing just what the humble spud can do.
