In a lush floral garden nestled below a great Horse-Chestnut tree on a tiny street in Northowram, you’ll find the home of Speights Gin, which happens to be Peter Speight’s shed. At the family-run distillery Peter and co. make gin in small batches in a copper pot still using a secret recipe of botanicals, although we do know that locally sourced hand-picked bilberries and rhubarb are in there.
