One of the selection of single barrel bourbons in the Buffalo Trace stable, Rock Hill Farms was introduced in 1990, made with the same mashbill as Blanton’s and Elmer T. Lee, but bottled at 50% ABV (slightly higher than the other two single barrel bourbons mentioned). The name comes from some choice farmland along the coast of the Kentucky River. It’s a bit hard to get your hands on bottles of Rock Hill Farms, so always worth snapping one up when you get a chance.
