It was in 2011 that the former CEO of Gruppo Campari, Enzo Visone, joined forces with investment banker and entrepreneur, Warren Scott to create Quintessential Brands.
The pair amassed a portfolio filled with premium and diverse brands such as Greenall's Green, Dublin Whiskey Company and First Ireland Spirits (makers of Feeney's Irish Cream Liqueur) to build their independent, international spirits business;
The company also operates production facilities in France, Ireland and the UK, and Quintessential Brands has already successfully launched Quintessentially Vodka (a collaboration with G&J Distillers), and plans have been mooted for a Quintessentially Gin.
Which I would say, is, quintessentially, a very good thing (What? You write it then).
