Back in 2016, Iain Croucher took the dive into the whisky world and started up North Star Spirits. Based up in Glasgow, North Star Spirits specialises in independent bottlings of Scotch whisky, from single malts produced at top distilleries to blended malts and blends (most of which have astronomy-themed names, since… Well, y'know, North Star and all that).
