Mystic Brewery

The Mystic Brewery was founded in Chelsea, Massachusetts, by Bryan Greenhagen in 2011. With a background in industrial fermentation and a history of weekend homebrewing, Greenhagen certainly sounds like the chap you want making your beers! Long fascinated by fermentation and with a penchant for native yeasts in methods somewhat inspired by how beer was made thousands of years ago. Their specialties include Saison-style beers, which aren’t often seen produced by American brewers (Greenhagen has taken plenty of inspiration from Belgian brewers - the catalyst for starting the company came from a honeymoon road trip through the country), though Mystic do a damn fine job of it!
