Father-and-son team Andy and Rhys Mallows started Mallows Distillery with the aim of creating an innovative, premium Welsh spirits brand. The duo boast an enormous variety of spirits, including flavoured gin, white rum, a coffee spirit drink, a toffee and vodka spirit drink, and even a sourced aged bourbon called Charlie Parry’s.
