George Rowley and La Fée are responsible for bringing traditional absinthe back to France back in the year 2000 with the help of Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder of the Absinthe Museum. At first they could only export, of course, but it was thanks to these trailblazers that the French Ban was finally repealed in 2011.
With the category now booming, La Fée upped their game in 2013, moving to an all-natural formula for their La Fée Parisienne Absinthe, with the amount of grand wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium) used increasing to 60%.
