Gin Bothy founder Kim Cameron launched the brand as a means to make the most of what the land had to offer. She would make jam and have a surplus of fresh berry juice that she did not want to go to waste, so Cameron began experimenting with gin infusions. From the Angus Glens of Scotland, Glen Bothy continues to this day to make gin with local produce, from Scottish berries, rhubarb, pine needles, and heather, all forged and infused into bottles that are numbered, batched, and poured by hand.
