There’s a lot in a name. Charles Dickens was a master of naming characters in ways that would suit their personality (Mr. Fezziwig, Henrietta Boffin, Mr. Bumble, etc.). Keep that in mind while we have a little look at Fighting Cock, a bourbon brand from Heaven Hill. A fiery, in-your-face expression with a 51.5% ABV to boot, which was originally a 6 year old bourbon, though the age statement was removed in 2015.
