Cockspur is a brand of rum produced in Barbados and has been since 1884. It’s popular among locals and tourists alike and is a staple of Bajan rum culture The rum itself is made from sugarcane molasses and is aged in oak barrels and is often enjoyed straight or on the rocks, but it can also be used as a base for various cocktails. In addition to its flagship rum, Cockspur also offers a range of other rums, including Cockspur Five Star and Cockspur Old Gold.
