Peruvian Rum

Column distilled in 2012, this Peruvian rum is the fifth batch to join the collection from indie bottler La Maison Du Rhum. Initially matured in bourbon casks, the rum was finished in oloroso sherry casks before bottling in 2022.

A Solera-aged Peruvian rum from Ron Cartavio. This expression was matured for an average of 12 years before being bottled. If you've yet to experience rum from Peru, this warming, coffee-rich delight ought to be a great introduction.
