Japanese Single Malt Whisky

The Japanese have received great acclaim recently for their ever expanding range of single malt whiskies. There are two main brands that own Japanese distilleries: Nikka and Suntory, founded by Masataka Taketsuru and Shinjiro Torii respectively.
