Well aged (and well presented) Grande Champagne Cognac from the Pierre De Segonzac range. The distillers suggest enjoying it alongside dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream or perhaps a cigar.
Nose: Rich in rancio and vanilla pod. A touch of ginger biscuit too.
Palate: Dark oak and chocolate, with more ginger and hints of nutmeg alongside.
