Girard & Co. Cognac - 1940s

We believe that this rare bottle of Girard & Co. Cognac was produced in the 1940s - quite a feat for it to survive this long! The company dates back to the 1880s and was based near Tonnay-Charente. Though we can't see a volume listed, the label suggests this Cognac was bottled at 40% ABV.
