This family-owned Napoleon Cognac has been aged for between fifteen and twenty years and delivers fruit and spice flavours in abundance.
Nose: Aromatic spices, nuts, fruit compote and caramel form a rich and rewarding nose.
Palate: The palate is rounded with big fruit and subtle spice notes.
Finish: The finish is buttery with a little brown toast on the tail.
Overall: A well-made Cognac with an elegant subtlety.

I don't have tasting notes for the Napoleon, but Forgeron is one of the best cognac brand I could find (finally someone that bottles higher than 40%!).I strongly encourage the people at Master of Malt to provide older expressions, the XO is delicious and the Hors d'Age is just exceptional. Plus the vintage cask strength expressions...
