Daniel Bouju VSOP

Daniel Bouju VSOP Bottling Note

Independent Cognac house Daniel Bouju use Ugni Blanc grapes to make their eaux-de-vie and age it in Limousin oak casks, and refuse to use colouring or boisé in their expressions. Their VSOP is a complex and powerful expression, with a deep amber colour and many layers of vanilla.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Aromas full of leather and spices, with only some appearing on the palate. Powerful spices and luxurious vanilla on the palate with a nutty finish.
