Tis’ the season to start celebrating some delicious Christmas serves!
We’ve teamed up with some of our favourite cocktail makers and shakers to create some delightful festive sips, perfect for getting into the Christmas spirit.

Winter Apple

Georgi Petrov (@justshakeorstir) has a career that grew from performing on stage through to being one of the top bartenders in the UK. He has won the Beefeater Gin freestyle cocktail comptetion, as well as creating the winning cocktail blind taste for BOLS Liqueurs. He created 'Just Shake or Stir' to share his love for mixology and bartender life. He works with brands such as Campari, Grand Marnier, Brockmans, Angostura, J&B, Martel, Rooster Rojo, Remy Martin, and Benedictine, to name a few. He currently heads up the bar at Northcote Hotel and mentors those starting in the industry.
Ingredients:
50ml / 1.7oz Remy Martin 1738 Cognac
25ml / 0.85oz Giffard Apple Liqueur
10ml / 0.3oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur
7.5ml / 0.25oz King's Ginger Liqueur
Method:
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over a large cube of clear ice into a rock glass.
Garnish with mini cherry Apple 🍏

Christmas Punch Cocktail

Her journey began with gin, where she quickly learned that not all gins were created equal, and continued as she discovered that the craft spirits world was full of creative possibilities. This is the perfect addition to your Christmas parties. It's a definite crowd pleaser and the Punch mix can be made ahead of time and chilled ready for guests to arrive!
Ingredients:
100ml Christmas Syrup (recipe below)
250ml Clementine Juice
250ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Fresh Cranberries, Orange Slices, Lemon Slices, Bay Leaves & Mint
Top with Gospel Green Rosé Sparkling Cider
For the syrup:
500g sugar
10 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
A thumb sized piece of ginger cut into slices
¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
juice & zest (no pith) of 1 orange
juice & zest (no pith) of 2 lemons
Method:
Add the syrup, Clementine juice, Apple juice & Whisky into a jug or punch bowl and stir until combined. Add plenty of ice and your fresh fruits & herbs. Give everything a good stir and leave to chill & infuse for a few minutes.
Dress your glasses or cups with slices of fresh orange and lemon, a few cranberries and a sprig of mint. Fill your cup two-thirds of the way with the Punch mix and top with sparkling cider.
Christmas Syrup
The syrup can be made in advance and left to infuse for a few hours or overnight before straining if you want a stronger flavour.
Put all the ingredients in a pan with 750ml water. Bring slowly to the boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 mins then take off the heat and leave to cool. Strain through a sieve, bottle and store for Christmas!

Ingredients:
45ml VSOP Calvados
15ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
7.5ml Hazelnut Geist(Schnapps) or Liqueur
5ml Chestnut syrup
6 Drops Winter Bitters (BobsBitters)
Nut garnish
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass over lots of ice. Stir for about 30 revolutions for the perfect chill and dilution. Pour over a large ice cube into a frozen tumbler or rocks glass. Garnish with a Chestnut.

30ml Aquavit
30ml Creme de Menthe
30ml Creme de Cacao
30ml Single Cream
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Dust the drink with cocoa powder and garnish with a mint sprig.

Ingredients:
30ml Fresh Orange Juice
30ml Fresh Cranberry Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
A dash of Better Bitters Miraculous Foamer
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Start with a dry shake, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients:
30ml British Rum
30ml Warninks Advocaat
50ml Almond Milk
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a Cocktail shaker with plenty of Ice, shake hard and strain into your favourite glass over Ice.
Garnish:
Crushed up Dried Raspberries, Mint & Lime.

Chambord 75

Get the party started with this sparkler created by Carmen O’Neal (aka @cocktail.carmen), the Saturday Kitchen cocktail guru and founder of 'ethical' gin brand 58 and Co. After all, nothing says Christmas like a touch of sparkle, so why not add it to your drink as well as your outfit?!
Ingredients:
25ml Chambord
10ml fresh lemon juice
90ml Sparkling Wine, Prosecco or Champagne - any bubbles
Method:
Pour Gin, Chambord, and lemon juice over shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled then strain into a coupe glass and top with bubbles.
Garnish:
Fresh raspberries

Method:
Shake everything up with ice, double strain into a glass and then grate fresh nutmeg over the top

Ingredients:
50ml Bourbon
20ml Chai syrup or 20ml Honey
1 shot Espresso
Ice
Garnish:
Gingerbread cookie
Method:
Shake all in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with a Gingerbread cookie.

Mistletoe Margarita

This cocktail was created by Sarah Jenner, a 20 something (in her words - who am i kidding i'm days away from turning 30!) professional amateur with a passion for spirits and trying new cocktails from the comfort of her own home.
Ingredients:
20ml Cointreau
20ml Supersawa (lime juice if you don't have it)
50ml Cranberry Juice
Method:
Simply add all your ingredients together in your cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and let the magic happen! Rim the glass with sugar & salt and garnish with dried orange and cranberries.
