A Premier Cru, non-vintage Rose from Cattier. This is made with 90% Pinot grapes, and 10% Chardonnay, and has a lovely full body.
Nose: Aromatic, fruity nose with cranberry and toast. Blossom.
Palate: Cherry blossom, other red berry fruits, creaminess and hints of autolytic character.
Finish: Long and fruity.
