Spirit Safe: An impressive box with a brass frame and glass walls. It is attached to the spirit still and used to observe the spirit leaving the still. Lawfully, the operator of the spirit safe cannot come into direct contact with the spirit and thus the safe is padlocked. The key holder is the Customs and Excise Officer.
