Metaxa 7 Star - 1980s

Sorry about this...

Metaxa 7 Star 1ll '80s Bottling Note

This rather splendid looking chap is a bottle of Metaxa 7 Star Greek brandy which was produced in the 1980s. Quite an ostentatious bottle, don't you think?

Metaxa 7 Star - 1980s Reviews

Got a bottle from M.O.M

Well my friend who wrote above me I'm in complete agreement with you this is a huge opportunity and NOT to be missed. Upon seeing your review and having already had a bottle Metaxa grand Olympian reserve 40 year old but out of the barrel this time I was already humming and arring and I took the plunge and purchased one and ohh my goodness the flavours were remarkable with honey and toffee and coffee and some earthy undertones and treacle and liquorice but surprisingly it was thinner in viscosity to its newer cousin but non the less far more flavoursome, darker and the bottle has already adorned it's place or should I say took its rightful place in my brandy collection and later to take its place at my bar in my man cave once it has finished been built ! Cheers I'll have one for you master of malt waiting at the bar and another for the person who persuaded me to puchase this !!!!
