THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY<\/b>: <\/b>By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the <\/span>MoM Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a> (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.<\/span><\/li>\n

HOW TO ENTER<\/b>:<\/b> To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase a <\/span>70cl bottle of Gentleman\u2019s Cut Bourbon<\/span><\/a> from <\/span>www.masterofmalt.com<\/span><\/a>. <\/span>Multiple entries are permitted! <\/b>For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com<\/a>; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM\u2019s standard Consumer Terms of Business<\/a> (a qualifying entry<\/b>). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n
    6. WINNER(S):<\/b> MoM will choose <\/span>1 winner<\/b> at random out of all qualifying entries. The winner will be selected as soon as practicable after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. THE PRIZE:<\/b> The winner will win a<\/span> jersey signed by Stephen Curry (the famous American basketball player).<\/span>The prize is inclusive of packaging and carriage to a valid UK address. The prize is provided by N10 Bourbons Ltd and shipped by MoM. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items. MoM reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize (or prizes) of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n
    8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE:<\/b> The winner will be selected after the entry period expires. T<\/span>he name of the <\/span>winner <\/span>will be announced on MoM\u2019s blog as soon as practicable following selection.<\/span> MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the <\/span>winner <\/span>via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prize <\/span>within 5 days<\/b> of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:<\/b> MoM<\/span> shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure).
