THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY<\/b>: <\/b>By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the <\/span>MoM Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a> (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding on them. HOW TO ENTER<\/b>:<\/b> To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase a <\/span>70cl bottle of The Balvenie 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask whisky<\/span><\/a> from <\/span>www.masterofmalt.com<\/span><\/a> (the <\/span>qualifying product<\/b>). <\/span>Multiple entries are permitted<\/b>, with each bottle purchased (whether in a single order or multiple orders from <\/span>www.masterofmalt.com<\/span><\/a>) representing a separate entry!<\/span> For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on <\/span>www.masterofmalt.com<\/span><\/a>; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment and order confirmation must be received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM\u2019s standard <\/span>Consumer Terms of Business<\/span><\/a> (a <\/span>qualifying entry<\/b>). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. WINNER:<\/b> MoM will choose <\/span>one winner<\/b> who will be chosen after the entry period ends. The winner will be chosen at random out of all qualifying entries.   7. THE PRIZE: <\/b>The winner will win an exclusive hour-long private tasting experience with The Balvenie\u2019s Brand Ambassador, Sean Fennelly, for the winner and up to five guests. The tasting will showcase The Balvenie\u2019s rum-finished whisky product development process, through cask samples and long-lost vintage bottlings, over the period from 2001 to the present day.\u00a0 The tasting will take place at a venue to be agreed between the winner and William Grant & Sons Limited (and may take place at the winner\u2019s home address (or at the home address of one of the winner\u2019s invited guests)) in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) on a date to be coordinated with the winner.\u00a0 If the tasting does not take place at the winner\u2019s home address (or at the home address of one of the winner\u2019s invited guests), the venue for the tasting will be chosen by William Grant & Sons Limited, in consultation with the winner, and will be local to the winner\u2019s home address.\u00a0 The costs of venue hire shall be borne by William Grant & Sons Limited.\u00a0 Any travelling costs incurred by the winner (but not any of the winner\u2019s guests) and by Sean Fennelly and any other representatives of William Grant & Sons Limited who attend the tasting experience shall be borne by William Grant & Sons Limited. The prize is provided by William Grant & Sons Limited. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items.   8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE:<\/b> The winner will be selected after the entry period expires.
