It distils its whisky <\/span><b>2.81 times<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, using a complicated process known as \u2018The Way\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s three wash and three spirits stills \u2013 all different shapes and sizes. The wash (made from a clear wort and long fermentation) is split between three wash stills. Otherwise known as \u2018The Wee Witchie\u2019.
