MoM Diageo Special Releases Competition 2024 T&Cs

1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.  Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 26 SEPTEMBER 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 13 OCTOBER 2024 (the entry period). 
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must purchase any of the following products from www.masterofmalt.com (as available) during the entry period: a 70cl bottle of Singleton of Glen Ord 14 Year Old (Special Release 2024); a 70cl bottle of Caol Ila 11 Year Old (Special Release 2024); a 70cl bottle of Benrinnes 21 Year Old (Special Release 2024); a 70cl bottle of Lagavulin 12 Year Old (Special Release 2024); a 70cl bottle of Mortlach (Special Release 2024); a 70cl bottle of Oban 10 Year Old (Special Release 2024); a 70cl bottle of Roseisle 12 Year Old (Special Release 2024); a 70cl bottle of Talisker 8 Year Old (Special Release 2024). For a purchase to be a qualifying entry it: (i) must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Multiple entries are permitted! Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER(S): MoM will choose eight winners at random out of all qualifying entries. The winners will be awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th place prizes in order of selection. Winners will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winners made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7. THE PRIZE: The winner awarded 1st place prize will win a prize consisting of: (1) a 70cl bottle of Singleton of Glen Ord 14 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (2) a 70cl bottle of Caol Ila 11 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (3) a 70cl bottle of Benrinnes 21 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (4) a 70cl bottle of Lagavulin 12 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (5) a 70cl bottle of Mortlach (Special Release 2024); (6) a 70cl bottle of Oban 10 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (7) a 70cl bottle of Roseisle 12 Year Old (Special Release 2024); and (8) a 70cl bottle of Talisker 8 Year Old (Special Release 2024), inclusive of packaging and carriage to a UK address (excluding Northern Ireland). The winners awarded the 2nd and 3rd place prize will each win a tasting set containing Diageo’s 2024 Special Releases consisting of:  (1) a 5cl bottle of Singleton of Glen Ord 14 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (2) a 5cl bottle of Caol Ila 11 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (3) a 5cl bottle of Benrinnes 21 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (4) a 5cl bottle of Lagavulin 12 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (5) a 5cl bottle of Mortlach (Special Release 2024); (6) a 5cl bottle of Oban 10 Year Old (Special Release 2024); (7) a 5cl bottle of Roseisle 12 Year Old (Special Release 2024); and (8) a 5cl bottle of Talisker 8 Year Old (Special Release 2024), inclusive of packaging and carriage to a valid UK address (excluding Northern Ireland). The prize is provided by (and is the sole responsibility of) Diageo Great Britain Limited (Diageo) and is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items. MoM and Diageo reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is not available for reasons outside of MoM’s or Diageo’s control. The winner awarded the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th place will each win a 70cl bottle of Inchgower 27 Year Old 2018 Special releases, inclusive of packaging and carriage to a valid UK address (excluding Northern Ireland). The prizes awarded to the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th place winners will be provided by MoM and are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items. MoM reserves the right to substitute the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event that any of the prizes are not available for reasons outside of MoM’s control.  
8. SHIPPING The prizes can only be delivered to a valid address within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) provided by the prize recipients. 
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winners will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If any winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days’ of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry to offer the prize to. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prizes within the time limit as set out above. MoM may contact the winners for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prizes and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the Competition or subsequent competitions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prizes to an incorrect address. Insofar as is permitted by law, none of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winners for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize), except where caused by the proven sole negligence of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
11. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
