1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding on them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the United Kingdom.  Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 United Kingdom time on 09 December 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 United Kingdom time on 15 December 2024 (the entry period). 
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must purchase a product from the following list of products from masterofmalt.com during the entry period: Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs NV Formafantasma Limited Edition 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Blason Rose NV Gift Box 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Gift Pack with 2x Flutes 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2016 with 2 glasses Formafantasma Gift pack 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rose 2014 Cocoon Formafantasma; Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs Ecobox 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Ecobox 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2015 Brut Cocoon 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2016 Cocoon Formafantasma Gift Pack 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé (12.5%) 75cl; Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs 75cl and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut 75cl. For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Multiple entries are permitted! Purchasing multiple products from the list will yield multiple entries – each separate product will represent a separate entry. Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER(S): MoM will choose 3 winners at random out of all qualifying entries. Winners will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winners made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
7. THE PRIZE(S): There are 3 prize bundles available. The prize bundles will be allocated among the chosen winners at random. Details of the prize bundles are set out below. All prizes are inclusive of packaging and carriage to a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom. The prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. MoM reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in MoM’s sole discretion. Prize bundle 1: a prize consisting of: (1) 1 x Belle Epoque 2013 with 2 flutes; (2) 1 x Belle Epoque 2014 naked bottle; (3)  1 x Belle Epoque 2015 Cocoon; (4) 1 x Belle Epoque 2016 Cocoon, and (5) 1 x Hypernature Tree decoration with 2 flutes. Prize bundle 2: a prize consisting of: 1 x bottle of Belle Epoque 2016 Formafantasma with 2 glasses. Prize bundle 3: a prize consisting of: 1 x bottle Blanc de Blancs NV Formafantasma.
8. UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING ONLY: The prize can only be delivered to a valid address within the United Kingdom provided by the prize recipient. In circumstances where a winner with no valid address within the United Kingdom, MoM will offer the prize to another eligible entrant picked at random. 
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The winners will be selected on the day or the day after the entry period expires. Thereafter, the names of the winners will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. If you are selected as the winner and do not wish to be so identified on the blog, please let MoM know when you are contacted. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If any winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the prize(s) to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winners and entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prizes and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not amount to a qualifying entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address provided by a winner. Insofar as is permitted by law, none of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
11. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These Terms are governed by English law. The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
