1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 21 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 05 MAY 2025 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 11 MAY 2025 (the entry period). 
5. HOW TO ENTER:  To enter, eligible individuals must during the entry period purchase one of the following products from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product). Please note each qualifying product represents a different number of entries into the competition as outlined below. The qualifying products and corresponding number of entries for each qualifying product are set out below: Jack Daniel’s Bonded (70cl, 50%) – 1 entry per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye (70cl, 50%) – 1 entry per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash (70cl, 50%) – 1 entry per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack (70cl, 40%) – 1 entry per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Gift Set with Wash Bag (70cl, 40%) – 1 entry per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey Guitar Case Gift Pack (70cl, 40%) – 1 entry per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel (70cl, 45%) – 2 entries per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Rye (70cl, 45%) – 2 entries per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel with Presentation Tin ( 70cl, 45%) – 2 entries per bottle; Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold (70cl, 40%) – 3 entries per bottle; Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select (100cl, 45%) – 4 entries per bottle. Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER:  MoM will choose one winner who will be awarded 1st place and 2 runner-ups who will jointly be awarded 2nd place. The winners will be chosen at random out of all qualifying entries and will be awarded 1st and 2nd place in order of selection. The winners will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winners made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
7. PRIZE: 

1. The winner awarded 1st place will win a trip for 2 adults to Nashville, Tennessee (USA), organised by Brown-Forman Beverages Europe Limited via its agency partner (Prize Provider). The prize will include the following: 
   1. 2 x economy return flights from a major international airport in the United Kingdom or Ireland to Nashville, Tennessee (one item of checked luggage is permitted per person);
   2. return private transfers from Nashville airport to accommodation;
   3. 5 nights’ stay at a hotel in Nashville for two people, based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room (including complimentary breakfast). The hotel will be selected by the Prize Provider and will be a 4* hotel at the minimum;
   4. 2 x standard tickets to a live music show at Nashville’s iconic Grand Ole Opry, based on Tier 2 seating. The live music show will be selected and determined by the Prize Provider; 
   5. a guided tour and tasting for 2 people at Jack Daniel’s Distillery, including a complimentary two-course lunch at Miss Mary Bobo’s restaurant. The trip will include return private transfers to the Jack Daniel’s distillery from your accommodation;
   6. complimentary three-course dinner with drinks for 2 people at a top Nashville BBQ restaurant, up to the value of $60 per person. The restaurant will be selected by the Prize Provider;
   7. £250 spending money for the winner; and
   8. basic single trip travel insurance for the winner and their guest (please see section 8 for further details).
2. The two runner-ups awarded 2nd place will each win 1 bottle of Jack Daniel’s 10 Year Old Batch #4 (70cl, 48.5%).

All travel, accommodation, and other arrangements relating to the 1st place prize will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Provider and its agents. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in travel or accommodation arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Provider does not act on behalf of MoM as its agent, representative, or sub-contractor. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 8 below.

The prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items.  MoM and Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater value in its sole discretion

8. IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT THE PRIZES:

• • Both the winner and their guest must be 21 years or older.
  • The hotel may require a valid credit or debit card to hold during your and your guest’s stay to cover incidentals and other expenses on check in. It is, therefore, crucial that either the winner or their guest possesses and travels with a valid credit or debit card for this purpose.
  • Travel insurance for the prize trip is included subject to the winner and their guest having no pre-existing medical conditions and being under the age of 70. It will be the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional premium that is payable due to the winner and/or their guest not meeting these requirements, and the winner and/or their guest will be solely responsible in circumstances where insurance is cancelled or limited owing to a failure to disclose any pre-existing medical condition or to exceeding the age limit. The travel insurance will be subject to the restrictions, exclusions, excesses, and other terms set out in the relevant insurance policy. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered and insurance terms are sufficient for their circumstances. The winner and/or their guest will be responsible for paying any additional premium that is required due to the winner and/or their guest requiring a higher level of cover or any other amendments to the cover provided. The winner and/or their guest shall be solely liable for any excess payments that are payable under the insurance policy and for submitting any claims that they may have under the policy directly to the insurance provider.
  • Proof of age may be required for the guided tour and tasting at the Jack Daniel’s distillery.
  • Spending money is provided to the winner only and will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account; All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 21 years or older.
  • All costs or expenses not listed in paragraph 7 incurred by the winner and their guest in taking up the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
  • The trip must be taken within 12 months of the winner winning the prize.
  • Winners must contact the Prize Provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; The prize trip cannot be taken over the Christmas and New Year period (i.e. between 22nd December – 3rd January (inclusive)),  during any public holidays in the United Kingdom, or in the months of July and August.
  • The Prize Provider reserves the right to determine the dates on which the trip shall take place and/or to prevent the trip from being scheduled on certain dates including bank holidays. 
  • Travel dates and reservations cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled once notified to the winner.
  • The winner will be required to liaise directly with the Prize Provider, or its appointed agency, to arrange the trip. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english.

9. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel on any dates specified for the trip, and that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize (including a valid passport and visa for the USA).
10. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winners will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If any winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the relevant prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winners for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prizes and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address (where applicable).  MoM will not be able to ship the prizes to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom, in which circumstances MoM will offer the relevant prize to another eligible entrant picked at random. Insofar as is permitted by law, MoM or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize or trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM or its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize or trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of the Prize Provider, or its respective agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.  
12. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s and Prize Provider’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
