MoM Blackeye Gin Competition 2023 T&Cs

1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read, understand and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data) are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms; to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees (and their immediate family) of the promoter or any of its associated companies. MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who, or any entry which, it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 10:00:00 UK time on 11 September 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 17 September 2023. 
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, individuals must within the entry period purchase at least 1 qualifying bottle of 70cl Blackeye Gin as available and listed on here from the MoM website in accordance with MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (each being a qualifying purchase). Multiple entries are permitted!
6. WINNER(S): There will be 1 main prize for 1 main winner and 5 runner up prizes for 5 runner ups, who will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries shortly after the competition period. The selection of the winner made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7. PRIZE PROVIDER: The main prize is provided by Catalyst Spirits Limited (Catalyst Spirits). All travel and accommodation arrangements relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of Catalyst Spirits. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in travel and accommodation arrangements. The runner up prizes are inclusive of packaging and carriage and are also provided by Catalyst Spirits, Catalyst Spirits will be responsible for shipping the runner up prizes. 
8. THE MAIN PRIZE: The main winner will win a 4-days and 3-nights cruise for 2 people from 13 October 2023 – 16 October 2023 (i.e. you can bring a guest but your guest must also be 18 years or older) to Marseille, France. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. The main prize includes the following:
   • return standard or economy flight travel to and from London Stansted airport;
   • 4-days and 3-nights cruise on the French Riviera alighting from Marseille, France;
   • standard on-board accommodation of your choice (subject to availability);
   • complimentary standard dining on-board (specialty dining upgrade available subject to additional charge);
   • complimentary standard drinks on-board (premium plus drinks upgrade available subject to additional charge);
   • full use of on-board facilities and entertainment; and
   • access to The Infinity Hub (on-board Rugby Village). 

1. 1. IMPORTANT BOOKING AND TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS FOR MAIN PRIZE: The winner claims the prize subject to the following restrictions:

• the prize trip can only be taken on fixed dates between 13 October 2023 – 16 October 2023 (inclusive), no other dates are available;

• the prize trip and all travel arrangements must be booked within 1 week of accepting

• the prize does not include tickets to any Rugby World Cup games;

1. • the prize trip is provided and funded by Catalyst Spirits for the benefit of the main winner, however, the trip and itinerary is made available and organised by the third party entity Infinity Sports Travel Limited (Infinity Sports). All trip arrangements (including but not limited to itinerary, accommodation, and on-board amenities details) are subject to availability, terms and conditions imposed by Infinity Sports, any final decisions Infinity Sports may make and the sole control on Infinity Sports (such arrangements of which are all out of the reasonable control of MoM and Catalyst Spirits);
   • full itinerary available upon request and may be subject to changes by Infinity Sports;
   • all reservations once notified to the winner cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled, however, the prize trip may be delayed or postponed in prize provider’s sole discretion if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond its control.
   • OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES: Any other costs or expenses not listed that may incur in connection with the winner and their guest taking up the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
   • AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel between 13 October 2023 and 16 October 2023 and that will hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents incidental to the fulfilment of the prize on the dates specified.
2. THE RUNNER UP PRIZES: The 5 runners up will each win 1 signed bottle of Blackeye Gin, signed by a founder of Blackeye Gin. The prize can only be shipped to a valid address in the United Kingdom provided by the runner up and is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items.

1. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the main winner and runners up will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable upon selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the main winner and runners up via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. The main winner will be required to get in touch with the prize provider in order to make booking and travel arrangements. If any winner and runner up cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM contacting them, MoM reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner or runner up is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above. MoM may contact the winner and runners up for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall in no circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant who participates in the competition and/or the winner and their guest(s) who claim(s) the prize for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition, any failure or delays or postponements or cancellations in making the appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements as a result of the winner taking up the prize (including in relation to their guests), except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
3. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
