Fèis Ìle, this year’s edition runs from the 26 May to the 3 June, is the highlight of the Scotch whisky calendar. It’s a long week devoted not just to the joys of possibly the world’s most celebrated single malt region, Islay, but also a festival of music, poetry, and art. It’s an intoxicating blend that has become so popular that all the accommodation on the island gets booked up months, sometimes years, in advance.
You could be going here next year!
