1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK.  Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 30 DECEMBER 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 12 JANUARY 2025 (the entry period). 
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must purchase a product from the following list of products from masterofmalt.com during the entry period: a 70cl bottle of Seedlip Grove 42; a 70cl bottle of Seedlip Garden 108; and a 70cl bottle of Seedlip Spice 94. For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Multiple entries are permitted! Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER(S): MoM will choose 1 winner at random out of all qualifying entries. The winner will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
7. THE PRIZE: The winner will win a trip for 2 people (your guest must also be 18 years or older) to a Spa break at Rudding Park organised by Diageo Great Britain Limited (Diageo). The prize shall include the following: Standard return train travel for 2 people to and from Harrogate from any railway station located in the United Kingdom; Standard 1 room accommodation for 2 people at the Rudding Park Spa  in Harrogate  for 1 night (subject to availability). The accommodation will be arranged by Diageo and will be a twin or double room for you and your guest to share; access to the Rudding Park Spa for either one person for four hours or two people for two hours on day 1 of your visit; one complimentary 50-minute treatment for two people, from the Spa Day Treatment menu; complimentary dinner on the 1st day of your stay and Yorkshire breakfast on the 2nd day for 2 people; complimentary bottle of Seedlip Grove 42 70cl, Seedlip Garden 108 70cl, and Seedlip Spice 94 70cl. All travel, accommodation, treatments and other arrangements relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of Diageo. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in travel, accommodation, treatments or other arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 8 below. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items.
8. IMPORTANT BOOKING AND TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS: Any winner claiming the prize is subject to the following restrictions: the prize trip and all travel arrangements will be arranged by Diageo; the prize trip and all travel arrangements must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner being notified of winning the prize; all elements of the trip must be booked at least 2 months prior to the travelling date;  travel dates and relevant reservations once notified to the winner cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled;and the winner and their guest must be at least 18 years of age or older.
9. OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES: All costs or expenses not listed in paragraph 7 incurred by the winner and their guest (where applicable) in taking up the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
10. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: The winner and their guest will be responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel on any dates specified by MoM, and that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize.
11. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winner will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winner and entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address. Insofar as is permitted by law, none of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner and/or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
13. DIAGEO’S PRIVACY POLICY: The winner will be required to contact Diageo in order for the prize to be fulfilled. Diageo shall act as data controller for any personal data that the winner and their guest share with Diageo and process the personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. 14. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
