Ho, ho, ho!

It’s December and I’m frightfully busy so let’s get straight into the Super Wishing of it all.

First, I want to offer my congratulations to @Michel_Nilsson who won last week’s big ‘SW’, a bottle of Balvenie 30 Year Old.

But my big sack of presents isn’t empty yet. Not by a long way. This week’s Super Wish is the gorgeous Craigellachie 37 Year Old worth £2,975! That’s over over 4,500 premium mince pies.

We know that you love a bit of the Craig, I do too. But the 37 Year Old is a different level. It’s one of the most decadent and delicious expressions of the distillery’s house style. It was aged in quality barrels, first refill casks and then first-fill bourbon casks. It’s bottled at 46.5% ABV. It’s the gold standard. The best of the best. The Timothy Dalton. No, I won’t explain that.

Craigellachie 37 Year Old is #WhiskySanta's Super Wish which means it could be yours

The perfect Christmas present: Craigellachie 37 Year Old

How to wish for #WhiskySanta’s Craigellachie 37 Year Old Super Wish

To wish your most super of Super Wishes, just head to the Craigellachie 37 Year Old. Press the big ‘Ask #WhiskySanta’ button and you’ll see that Twitter (X?!) or Facebook post magically generated.

Hit ‘Publish’ and you’ve made your wish. Simple. As it is for those on Instagram, who just tag @masterofmalt in stories or use the #WhiskySanta hashtag and tag @masterofmalt on grid posts. I’m going to assume you know how to do that. I haven’t let go of my FAX machine*.

You have until 23:59 GMT Thurs 12 Dec to get those wishes in. I can’t wait any longer than that. I have Bridge at 2am on Friday mornings and the folks at Master of Malt want to announce the Super Wish winner on Fri 13 Dec. Maybe because that person will always associate the date with good luck from now on?

Keep your other wishes coming too, my £1,000,000 Christmas Giveaway isn’t over yet! Good luck and see you next week.

*It’s basically me and Premier League chairman left on the FAX machines. Every year I have a little too much sherry on Deadline Day and make a bid for a player with a Christmassy name. I’ll never forget getting a rejection for a certain “Sleigh Given”. I have it framed in my office.
