But why suffer the wristbands, the Portaloos, the killing time at a 1pm act who you suspect doesn’t want to be there any more than you, when you can go to the best festival in town? Our festival. Welcome to Summer is Served! a celebration of sunshine vibes that invites you to camp in the garden, turn on the speakers, and let booze be the main act.

Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
This is a smooth, suave Italian gently serenading you through a relaxed afternoon acoustic set, with able support from tonic water and Prosecco. In Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur, the eponymous performer Bergamot takes centre stage, with the support of sweet melodies from a distinguished band of botanicals, including chamomile, lavender, and melissa balm.
Rooster Rojo Blanco
Who on this planet would ever turn down a good Mexican fiesta? Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila is bringing the party vibes to the festival with its big fun aesthetic and medley of mesmerising flavours, with notes of pepper, florals, and citrus zest, and a classic vegetal bassline weaving their way through a steady beat of agave goodness.
Citadelle Gin
An array of 19 botanicals gives Citadelle Gin an almost orchestral presence, with Moroccan coriander, French juniper, Mexican orange peel, and Chinese liquorice all contributing to a stunning stage show. Add some tonic and a slice of citrus and this one will sing in your glass as twilight draws in.

It’s the summer of Solassa! This solful spirit is full of Indian influence with rich tones of orange zest, lime, and lychee, backed masterfully by bassy notes of basil, coriander, and cardamom. Grab yourself some street food and feel the rhythm.
