This week a load of exciting things that aren’t whisky has just landed, things that you can wear. So stand back for a whole lot of Master of Malt merch

The tagline on our new range of (tastefully) branded merchandise is ‘In Good Spirits Since 1985’ so let’s take a trip back to a magical time called the mid-’80s. The Jesus & Mary Chain had just released Psychocandy, Mikhail Gorbachev became leader of the Soviet Union, and a little business selling rare and unusual whiskies opened in Tunbridge Wells. And while the Soviet Union is no longer with us and the Chain aren’t the force they once were, Master of Malt is still thriving.

MoM merch

West Kent’s finest models sporting MoM merch

It’s a little different from how it was in the early days, however. At one point, the business operated from a shed on a farm in Sussex. Now there’s a warehouse, distillery, and HQ in Tonbridge, aka MoM Towers, a warehouse and bottling plant in Edinburgh, aka McMoM Towers, and an office in Brighton, which as yet doesn’t have an amusing name but really needs one. But the ethos is the same, making it easy for you to get hold of high-quality whisky, Tequila, gin, Cognac, wine, and many other things.

That now includes merch. We’ve got hoodies, hip flasks, T-shirts, mugs, baseball caps, tote bags, and more. You can check out the full range here. We love this stuff so much that we engaged the services of two of West Kent’s top models to promote the range. Pretty cool, eh?

So don’t call us Master of Malt anymore, call us Master of Merch.
