Subject to these terms, every person who completes the purchase of any full (50cl or larger) bottle of any spirit, liqueur or wine during the period which commences at 00:00:01 am on 15 April 2017, and which expires at 23:59:59 pm that day (such times inclusive) (such order being a Qualifying Purchase) will receive a 20cl bottle of delicious Glenfarclas 105 (the Brucie Bonus).
Whilst we promise to not charge any additional postage in respect of the Brucie Bonus, if we ship the Brucie Bonus to a destination outside of Great Britain, it may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. There may also be administration charges imposed by foreign customs authorities or by our delivery agents. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. The recipient will be responsible for payment of the import duties, taxes and charges referred to in this paragraph. There are also some places to which we cannot ship. See here for guidance regarding the destinations to which we cannot ship.
References in these terms to the completion of a purchase shall be construed as a reference to the time at which the purchaser receives an email from Master of Malt which acknowledges that we have received their order. Any person who cancels a Qualifying Purchase, by any method whatsoever, shall not receive the Brucie Bonus. Any person whose Qualifying Purchase is not made in accordance with Master of Malt’s terms of business shall not receive the Brucie Bonus. Any person whose Qualifying Purchase is cancelled by Master of Malt owing to factors outside of Master of Malt’s control (including import restrictions) shall not receive the Brucie Bonus. Sorry. Nothing in these terms shall prevent any person from making multiple Qualifying Purchases.
The Brucie Bonus is supplied by Master of Malt, and cannot be exchanged for the equivalent cash value or for other items. The Brucie Bonus is not negotiable.
We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms or any attempt to circumvent or to frustrate them we may, in our sole discretion, prevent any person from receiving the Brucie Bonus.
This giveaway is not open to any employees or affiliates of Atom Supplies Limited or any other company in the same group of companies, their family members or friends.
These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
