Here’s how to make a Cazcabel Avocado Margarita. Yes, that’s right, we said avocado.
The famous Tequila-based cocktail is celebrated the world over on Saturday with its own special day, so it only seemed right to whip a few recipes.
So far we’ve experimented with pineapple and cucumber recipes using Patrón and Casamigos and we’ve got one more to come next week.

Cazcabel Avocado Margarita recipe
Ingredients:
- 50ml Cazcabel Blanco
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25ml Avocado puree
- 5ml Agave syrup
- Garnish: a pinch of sea salt, fresh basil, lime wedge
How to make:
Step one: Add 50ml Cazcabel Blanco to the cocktail shaker filled with ice
Step two: Then 25ml fresh lime juice
Step three: And 25ml avocado puree
Step four: Finally, 5ml agave nectar
Step five: Shake your cocktail well
Step six: Strain into a Rock’s glass filled with ice
Step seven: Garnish with fresh basil
Step eight: Also a lime wedge
Step Nine: Sprinkle on fresh sea salt
