Okay. Tried better.
Tried this out at our bar and it did okay. We never use egg whites and have been rotating through all the alternatives to find the best. So far our favourite is Wonderfoam. Cost-wise they make about 400 drinks per 100ml bottle whereas this did us just over 100 drinks. Big difference.

Fantastic for those who care about presentation
I purchased this for my cocktail bar a couple of months back and have just finished the bottle. Alone, no amount of dry shaking would produce that much foam, however, this works great to thicken the foam of your cocktail when using another foaming ingredient such as pineapple juice, egg white, or your espresso shots.

Using this you'll have no more unappealing, bubbly, quickly-dissipating head on your cocktails. Fantastic for those who care about presentation.

A reliable stalwart in the bar
Yet to obtain a weird tasting drink on the back of using this, I think it's fabulous! Received a bottle last year as a gift and only now reaching the end of it. A wee skoosh in a shaken drink yielding a healthy foam without the faff of separating an egg or draining a can of chickpeas and finding a use for them? Win win in my book

I haven't found it adding any flavours or aromas to the drinks, it just makes great looking sours!

It's good!
Just to balance some of the recent negative reviews - we bought this as an alternative to egg white and were surprised how good it was. It's not quite as good, but likely as good as a substitute will be. From our experience it has absolutely no noticeable taste or smell on the cocktail.

The best product. Perfect cocktails every time.
Great product. Have used in many bars I have worked in, and introduced to many friends. If there's a smell or taste its being over used in my opinion. No other product compares to it for value.

Find an alternative
We bought this product for our cocktail bar it smells awful and tastes worse. Used to use foamee far superior product Dont buy

Smells bad
Smells bad. Sad I have to give it a 2 star. The foam is great, but it has a foul smell, and no matter what drink I made with Ms Better's Bitter Foamer it smells and taste bad... very disappointed.

Magic!
This stuff is amazing. I’ve never been sure about using egg whites in cocktails at home but I love the foam it gives - for me this is better than egg as it still gives a lovely foam on top but no where near as messy as an egg. Some reviews say it tastes fowl but I’ve not experienced that at all - no taste from what I have experienced.

Foul taste
I’m giving it 1 star for the amount of foam it produces, but the taste is not worth it. I have tried using less and less of this product with the same drink/recipe and the taste gets weaker(ish) but still very noticeable .. makes my drinks taste like plastic.
