Thornbridge Chiron

Thornbridge Chiron Bottling Note

Thornbridge Brewery have attempted to brew a well-balanced pale ale of sophistication and complexity, which explains the slightly curious name. Chiron was the most wise and civilised centaur according to Ancient Greek mythology, notable for being a teacher of classic heroes such as Achilles, Ajax, Jason, Perseus and Theseus. If this beer is anything as cultured as the beast it's named after, then Thornbridge Chiron should make for legendary refreshment.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Fresh and fruity, with tangerines, pineapples and apricots. Notes of dry hay, biscuit and light copper linger below.
